The service is very warm and welcoming, offering various amenities, but the location is outside the city and seemed crowded at times. The dining options include both international and traditional Mexican specialties, although some may find it overpriced. The hotel has three pools and is well-maintained, offering a relaxing stay.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although comfortable and well-suited, tended to be noisy due to the slamming doors in the long hallways near the outside entrance. On the bright side, the showers were nice and added to the overall comfort of the stay. The service was warm and welcoming, with staff members being accommodating; they even went the extra mile to assign me a special ground floor room near the outdoor exit for my dog's convenience. The location, while outside the city, offered the great advantage of being very close to the airport, making it convenient for travelers. The dining experience was fabulous, offering a variety of international and traditional Mexican dishes, with a stand-out selection of regional treats from Tabasco. The facilities were of good quality, providing a comfortable setting for my stay.
